 Founder Kiara Castillo brings a global perspective to every client, having participated in international programs across Spain, Morocco, Costa Rica, Argentina, and Brazil. Her hands-on experience includes language and cultural immersion, sustainable tourism studies, and coordinating multi-country tours. Combined with her background in HR management—specializing in recruitment and employee onboarding—and her passion for guest service, Kiara offers a unique, people-first approach to both travel planning and career development.

 

 Kiara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Western Governors University.
